Private medical insurance: please arrange pre-authorisation with your insurer before your appointment and bring your membership and authorisation numbers with you.
Investigations: any tests or scans are quoted separately, so you always know the cost in advance.
I understand that plans change. To allow me to offer your slot to another patient, please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
