I am an experienced Consultant in Respiratory and General Internal Medicine based at the Royal Free Hospital for my NHS role.

After graduating with a Distinction in Clinical Sciences from University College London Medical School (UCL) in 2010, I completed my specialist training in Respiratory and General Medicine within the highly competitive North Central and East London Deanery. I was appointed Consultant Physician at the Royal Free Hospital in 2021 and hold Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (UK).

My clinical practice covers the full spectrum of adult respiratory medicine. I have a particular interest in the diagnosis and management of obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), chronic respiratory failure, obesity hypoventilation syndrome, COPD and neuromuscular respiratory disorders. I am experienced in the investigation of breathlessness, chronic cough, chest infections, chest pain, and supporting Tobacco-Dependent patients, providing evidence-based, personalised care to help patients improve their symptoms and quality of life.

Alongside my clinical practice, I am actively involved in respiratory research, focusing on sleep apnoea, respiratory failure, and sleep diagnostics. I have published in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented my work at international conferences. My commitment to service innovation contributed to a team that received a BMJ Award in 2019 for transforming diagnostic pathways and improving patient care.

I also serve as Training Programme Director for Respiratory Medicine in North Central and East London and am a Quality Improvement Practitioner, reflecting my dedication to advancing respiratory medicine, education, and healthcare quality.
